Shared seats must not have their email or password changed. Each plan is for the devices or people shown on its page.

Orders

Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation by SMS, email or a call. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, the price was shown wrongly, or the details look fraudulent — if you have already paid, you get a full refund.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include VAT where it applies.
• There is no delivery charge — your product is sent online.
• You can pay by bKash, Nagad or card, as shown at checkout.
• Sale prices are valid only while the offer and stock last.

Delivery of digital products

Codes, keys and downloads are sent to the email you give at checkout, usually within minutes. Please keep them private — a code that has been shared or used cannot be replaced.

Returns and warranty

Returns, exchanges and replacements follow the policy on our returns page. Products with a brand or shop warranty are covered for the period shown on the product page.

Your account and reviews

Keep your password private; you are responsible for orders placed from your account. Reviews must be honest and about the product — we may remove reviews that are abusive, off-topic or contain personal details.

Product information

We describe our digital products as accurately as we can, but colours may look slightly different on screens and sizes or specifications can vary a little between batches.
